Gresham families, you know that it’s important to brush your teeth twice daily for a full two minutes each time. How can you make sure you’re reaching that two-minute mark, though? Here are some tips to help you keep track of time while brushing!
The Quadrants Method
You can make sure you brush for the appropriate amount of time and hit all your teeth by dividing your mouth into quadrants and brushing each section for 30 seconds. Hit the top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right areas.
Set A Timer
