Sleep Apnea

Is snoring in the way of sleeping?

Is snoring causing you, or someone you love, to get less than a full night’s rest? Are you or your partner having to resort to sleeping on the sofa just to get a good night’s sleep away from the noise? If your rest is being disrupted by snoring, either your own or your partners, you should know that we have a solution for you.

Sleep Apnea is caused by an airway blockage. When you are sleeping, your jaw is relaxed and can decrease your airway or even close it off for a period. This decreased airway causes you to snore, which can interrupt your sleep or your partners sleep.  Only a few impressions of your upper and lower jaw are required. Those impressions are then sent to a lab to have a custom appliance made. We are able to deliver the sleep apnea appliance about a week after the initial impressions are taken.
