Brush your teeth regularly.

Everyone knows that brushing your teeth is something that needs to be done with regularity. Brushing should be done twice a day, accompanied with flossing and mouthwash.

Make brushing a part of morning and evening routines.

The easiest way to get into the habit of brushing twice daily every day is to make it a part of your daily routine in both the morning and evening. Set time aside for brushing after you get up in the morning and before you go to bed at night.

When is the best time to brush your teeth?

You should not brush your teeth immediately after a meal, as you could risk damaging your tooth enamel. Generally, you should wait at least 30 minutes after eating to brush your teeth. Otherwise, acid from your food can damage your teeth. It is also crucial to make sure you brush before bed. Neglecting to brush before bedtime allows food to sit against the surface of your teeth overnight, which contributes to decay.

Regularly visit your dentist.
